About Mrs. Kelsick

Sharon Clifton-Kelsick, B.Ed, M.Sc - Education Consultant

Sharon Kelsick is an enthusiastic, committed and personable individual who is passionate about education and professional development. She is a trained modern language educator having obtained her certificate in teaching from the UWI Joint Board of Education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in educational leadership and management from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Science in education with a concentration in technology in education from Walden University.

Mrs. Kelsick is a Spanish teacher with 16 years of experience and has served as the Deputy Principal of the Princess Margaret School since November 2020. She is also a Google Workspace Super Administrator and works with a team to manage the implementation of the Google Workspace for education in public and private schools throughout Antigua and Barbuda.

Mrs. Kelsick is also passionate about teacher representation and currently serves as the General Secretary of the Antigua and Barbuda Union of Teachers.

Her love for education and teacher development led her to start The EduCator Consultancy Firm. A newly established business offering training and professional development in leadership, technology integration in education, coaching, and mentorship. She is committed to her role as an educator and consultant and hopes to positively impact the education landscape locally, regionally and internationally through her work.
